You didn't choose your first wound.
Neither did your parents.

Epigenetics calls it inherited trauma.
Yoga calls it sanskaras.
Either way — your body's been running someone else's unfinished code.

This is where you see the full map.

Not to understand it intellectually. To recognise it in the body.

The recognition is the first medicine.

Three windows. Three downloads.
All running in your adult body right now.

Not your fault. Not even your wound, really. But the recognition? That part is yours.

The Preverbal Download

Your mother's nervous system became your baseline. Her anxiety, her unresolved fear — encoded before you had a single word for any of it.

This is why talk therapy hits a ceiling. You can't think your way out of something that went in before thought existed.

"Is it safe to be here? Is it safe to take up space?"

The medicine is field-based. Not verbal.

The Shame Transfer

The child can't distinguish their own emotions from their parents'. What the parent feels — the kid believes they feel.

That shame firing in you with no clear cause? That's the transfer. Your parents' unprocessed shame, running as your internal monologue.

"The automatic shrinking when your authentic self tries to speak."

Talking about it helps. Completing it requires a different medicine.

The Conformity Wound

Your genuine knowing collided with systems requiring conformity — school, family expectations, the social structure around you.

The guilt of outgrowing your lineage's worldview. The loneliness of depth in a world calibrated for surface. It's still running.

"The guilt of knowing what the social structure cannot hold."

The gifted kid burnout was not burnout. This is more specific.

The Mirror maps which window is most active in you.

Fear, shame, and guilt are not psychological.
They are energetic.

Each wound encodes in a specific body region via a specific Prana Vayu disturbance. The location is the diagnostic. The direction of the energy is the medicine.

Map your body. Where is the fear? Where is the shame? Where is the guilt?

Fear

Chest · breath · peripheral awareness

Energy that should expand, pulled toward the core. The contraction that reads as anxiety.

Medicine direction — Expansion practices — chest opening, full breath, peripheral awareness.

Shame

Belly · genitals · base of spine · perineum

Energy that should move freely downward, blocked and reversed. The freeze in the belly.

Medicine direction — Grounding practices — earth contact, downward flow restoration.

Guilt

Solar plexus · diaphragm

Experience that won't digest. The knot that goes over and over without metabolising.

Medicine direction — Fire practices — completing what was left unfinished.

Unworthiness

Heart · lungs · throat

The inability to receive what is genuinely offered. The deflection reflex.

Medicine direction — Receiving practices — Anahata opening, conscious reception.

Suppression

Throat · head · above the diaphragm

Genuine knowing held back by fear of consequence. The lump in the throat before speaking truth.

Medicine direction — Expression practices — authentic speech, creative transmission.

Five directions. Five medicines. The Mirror identifies which are primary in you.

Three core patterns.
Not diagnoses. Architecture.

Read slowly. Notice which ones land in the body, not the head.

These are orientations — the Mirror gives the precise reading.

They are not gender categories. They are wound categories.

Any gender. Any body.

  • Built real capability — still can't fully land in it
  • More comfortable giving than receiving. In every domain.
  • Genuine intimacy produces a reflex to perform, protect, or withdraw
  • The question of whether you're enough has never fully resolved
  • Anger comes fast — or has been shut down completely. Rarely in between.
  • Learned to be useful. Still learning to simply be present.

Core disturbance: Vyana (fear) + Apana (shame) simultaneously

Any gender. Any body.

  • Creative and erotic energy is present — frequently managed, not expressed
  • Highly attuned to the emotional field around you. Sometimes too attuned.
  • Genuine desire feels dangerous at the level of actually claiming it
  • You know your authentic response vs the acceptable one — and often choose the latter
  • Your care for others sometimes functions as a way to avoid your own needs
  • Something in you knows it is more powerful than what you are currently expressing

Core disturbance: Apana (shame reversal) + Samana (guilt blocking)

Both principles organised around guilt.

  • You keep meeting the same person in different bodies
  • You feel most yourself when you are in love — and half without it
  • The relationship pattern repeats despite genuine attempts to change it
  • You seek completion through the other rather than through yourself
  • Two incomplete selves orbiting each other, each hoping the other will finish them

Core disturbance: Samana (guilt) blocking integration of both principles

The Mirror doesn't ask which track you think you're on.
It finds it.

The reason the work hasn't worked is not you.
It is the medicine.

Therapy processes what happened. It helps you understand the historical material. It is genuinely useful. It has a ceiling.

The ceiling appears at the preverbal layer — the wound that encoded before language existed. Talking cannot reach what went in before talking began.

Coaching optimises your current structure. It helps you perform better within the wound pattern. It does not dissolve the pattern.

Amoris is a different category. Retroactive initiation. Completing the threshold crossing that was never facilitated.

The wound is not an absence.
It is unrecognised movement.

Energy moving through you that nobody taught you to witness.

The recognition is the first medicine.

The Mirror is where the recognition begins.
