The Technical Map

A precision mapping of the five koshas, the prana vayus, and the developmental windows of the human psyche.

The Kosha Architecture

The human being is a series of nested densities. Recognition begins when we identify which layer is currently holding the wound.

Kosha (Layer) Density / Domain Core Element Window of Emergence
Annamaya Physical / Somatic Earth Birth → 3 Years
Pranamaya Energetic / Vital Water/Air 3 → 7 Years
Manomaya Mental / Emotional Air/Fire 7 → 14 Years
Vijnanamaya Intuitive / Wisdom Fire/Ether Adulthood / Awakening
Anandamaya Bliss / Non-Dual Pure Consciousness The Threshold

Vayu-Wound Mapping

Prana does not merely flow; it directs. When a Vayu is disturbed, it creates a specific psychological wound that mirrors the movement of the breath.

Vyana Vayu The Wound of Fear

The outward-diffusing breath. When constricted, it manifests as a fundamental lack of safety, systemic anxiety, and the inability to occupy space.

Layer: Annamaya/Pranamaya | Movement: Expansion
Apana Vayu The Wound of Shame

The downward-moving breath. When blocked, it manifests as a deep sense of inherent "wrongness," disconnection from the root, and somatic repression.

Layer: Pranamaya/Manomaya | Movement: Elimination
Samana Vayu The Wound of Guilt

The central-balancing breath. When disrupted, it manifests as an inability to integrate experiences, chronic self-judgment, and a fragmented core.

Layer: Manomaya/Vijnanamaya | Movement: Integration

The Temporal Filter

The timing of the wound is as critical as the wound itself. We map these disturbances against the Jyotish dasha cycles to determine when the window for recognition is most open.
